What Happens During a Session
Session Duration
A full body session typically lasts 30–45 minutes.
Work is done across
  • Main muscle chains
  • Key functional areas — neck, back, pelvis, shoulders
  • Targeted zones if needed
What you may see
  • Yawning, licking, chewing
  • Relaxation or shifting weight
  • Sometimes increased alertness
These are normal responses. The goal is functional change, not just relaxation.
02
What PEMF Is
PEMF = Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy.
Electromagnetic pulses support circulation, oxygen delivery, cellular energy (ATP) and muscle relaxation.

In simple terms: it helps the body recover and function more efficiently from within.
